I asked to cancel and he told me he already packed it. Two days later it still didn’t ship. I asked him to cancel three more times, which he ignored. Then he provides a tracking number saying it was already shipped. Meanwhile the order didn’t ship for another day. He robs Peter to pay Paul. Doesn’t have the product he sells. Oh get this. He tried to charge a restocking fee for orders that haven’t shipped! Con artist at its finest. 1 Link to review

Additionally I paid for priority mail and they were shipped first class - Over 30 + days to get three orders. Placed a few orders last month and never received them. Tap swamped them and the failures with the 24v ones didnt help. That being said, communication was good, emails were sent with the delay, and options to change order to 5v kits were given. Johnskis 0 January 19, 2023 · Edited January 19, 2023 by Johnskis Share this review Ordered 2 seperate orders almost 3 weeks ago. 1 contained the tap kit which had some issues so I had no problem with a delay on that but the other order still hasn’t shipped and no communication. Everything I ordered showed as being in stock. When I reached out through email a week went by with no response so I reached out on discord and one of the minions that responds got a crappy attitude with me as he clearly didn’t bother to read my ticket. Still couldn’t give me an eta on my other order. For the amount they charge for shipping I’d expect it to be here sooner not later. Guess this was a failed experiment I usually buy from fabreeko without issue just wanted to check out his shop. Man am I dissatisfied with their level of customer service. I sure as hell can’t run my own business that way and simple parts shouldn’t take that long to ship. Link to review
claudermilk 1,854 March 14, 2022 Share this review He's experiencing growing pains and is clearly getting swamped. The Voron Hug really hits him hard. I am aware he is solo working from his garage, so take that into account. Some orders shipped right away with no issue. A current order sat for a week before I contacted them via Discord. They had actually sent me an email just before and responded quickly on Discord where he has an assistant now to help with the volume of communication. Link to review
