I've just done something silly - I've bought a Fystec Doron Velta kit.

It'll be a real slow burner this one.

I've always had an itch for a delta.

I really don't need another printer. I really can't afford one right now. But that sure is tempting just because of the weirdness.

Just yesterday I was thinking, I should make a post titled, "Who's Brave Enough to Build a Doron Velta". 

...and I guess you're the guinea pig. 

Well, I for one, am really looking forward to this build and I'm pretty sure I'll be building one after the Milo.

I feel like I am on the outside of an inside joke. Is there something inherently wrong with the delta?

No I don't think there is anything intrinsically wrong with the Doron Velta.

All deltas are intrinsically quirky, that's why they've always interested me.

Well there is an inside joke as regards Voron and delta printers. It originated long before I arrived.
