I went through this a few months ago as my latch broke in the really thin part. Printed the latest latch and it didn't fit.

I found a modified version on Thingiverse that has a thicker "thin" part but still fits:

Not long after this I upgraded to Galileo 2, no regrets.

Thanks to Sergey for providing the stl.  It looks like this is a failure point with CW2So yes i will be ordering Galileo2 so solve this permanentlyIts annoying when print fails due to latch opening partially and filament feed is interrupted.

I haven't had a latch fail on me, but I do agree on the Galileo 2 upgrade path. It's just so much easier to live with. I don't even bother using my load and unload macros any more.

For future reference, here's the Clockwork 2 repository: https://github.com/VoronDesign/Voron-Stealthburner/tree/main/STLs/Clockwork2

Hi. Galileo kit comes without printed parts so does anyone knows if galileo stl files need to be XY size adjusted in slicer before printing?

I just placed my order for mellow LDO rev C galileo 2 extruder kit now only need to print plastic parts. Filament choice ABS or ASA? Enclosure temperature is temp sensor/exhaust fan controlled set to 50C.

Had my G2E installed for almost a year now, printed in ABS.  Refer to the G2E github for further info https://github.com/JaredC01/Galileo2

You shouldn't need to scale the STLs, but I did use Vector3D's Calilantern to calibrate my printer.
