Milo 1.5 110v Spindle wont run

I have checked the wiring 3 time against the LDO guide (I have a 110 LDO kit) and I cant get the spindle to turn. I can hear a switch when I turn the spindle on but it wont turn. I probably should check the VFD for correct settings but I dont know what they are and have not found a source yet,

I didn't purchase an LDO Milo kit I self-sourced not 100% sure that the VFD has already been programmed. Attached are the settings for your VFD ensure that your VFD has those settings. Also attached is the manual for your VFD.
