Sorry, I'm just designing the mount and I don't have a Beacon or Cartographer yet. In the comments of the TAP/Beacon mod, the designer states:

It is one device with a contact feature.

Just wanted to throw in a comment that I'm on the Cartographer Scanner / TAP beta and other than some faffing with flashing the updated FW to the probe board it has been smooth sailing.  And it has done what I wanted it to do which is remove faffing around with Z offsets all the time!

It was almost entirely my own fault for persisting in flashing it with the STLink.  Once I gave up and switched to the USB cable it took 30 minutes including making the cable up

I haven't used it but I would've thought it'd be a simple enough process.
