@TitusADuxass So, do you think that your SD card took a poopoo? Since you have your config files saved, I would assume you're going to re-flash and run thru the setup once again. If it were me, I would probably try a different (if not brand new) SD card.

There are also tools that can help you make an .iso of the current SD card and then clone card onto a larger one. On Linux (even on a live usb) you can just use Gparted to copy/paste the whole partition over and then grow the new partition.

I just flashed through the set up once again but on a new card.

Everything is back to how it was.

I will probably not use the display, I've never had one on my v2.4.

I managed to resurrect my v2.4 through your link (w32 disk imager & etcher).

It prints!

I was itching to print something, so I threw in some old PLA that I had lying around and configured Orca for the VzBot 330.

Everything looked okay so I sent it my first layer patch test.

I'm, needless to say, well pleased.

A big thanks, once again, to @Penatr8tor, @mvdveer, et al. for all the assistance, guidance, encouragement and STLs.

Now the hard work begins.

1. Get Cartographer up and running.

2. Fit side panels and hood.

3. Tailor the macros (start & stop).

4. Run through Ellis' tuning guide several times.

5. Start building filament and nozzle profiles.

6. Find a bigger table, she's a big old girl that needs a bit more room than my v2.4.

Cartographer is giving me the run around.

It is not loading the Cartographer model.

Okay - it was an RTFS error.

Beacon is working.

I had a few issues with a move out of range error.

But Dirk on Discord provided some excellent support and we cleared the problem.

My guesss is that it's supposed to form a seal between the panels and the extrusions.

And, the roll in M3 T-nuts don't fit in the extrusions - they're too thick. Fortunately I have plenty in my spares department.

I have bought exactly such a tape from LIDL a few months ago. It is double sided and transparant. It works well to seal and glue certain corners. I remember it was advertised as usable in all kinds of bathroom / kitchen applications.

Why don't you ask Mellow what it is for?
