So you are saying I should get the rapido 2 uhf f?

Sorry if I was not clear.

What I am saying is, that the Rapido 2 UHF-F is an improved version. As is the Rapido UHF-ACE.

Both improve on apparent weaknesses / problems of the version 1 /2.

The heat creep I mentioned, is apparently a big problem amongst people that print with PLA. I only print ABS, so have never seen that problem.

The ACE, does have additional improvements, like safer mounting additionally to the heat-creep solution. ACE also has the option to select either a normal or a PT1000 thermistor.

So if you would ask me, I would say, go for the newer and improved versions, depending on your budget. What I also say, is that you should opt for the PT1000, which is more expensive, only if you plan to print with temperatures that are high, 300+ degrees Celsius.

I gave the links to both products so you can check out how they differ from the older versions.

If you have questions, you can ask them to the sales reps, which are both very approachable and will reply to you in an adequate manner. If I can answer them, I will also be glad to answer them 🙂
