Awesome!

You're definitely getting close. While I don't have an actual check list... The first things I check are...

Fans and Heaters, Endstops, Z probe and motor direction. If those things checkout...

Full Send!

Actually, I home the printer with my finger very close to the emergency stop button. 😁

Using tap that would be my z probe u are referring to? Just need to get the can working then start the config with the printer file I suppose then go from there

Can you do a directory listing of your ~/klipper/out directory

cd ~/klipper/out
ls

Linux is case sensitive. The directory may be  ~/Klipper/out or the firmware file may be saved as a different name than klipper.bin. The python script is not finding the firmware file where it is specified.

Will go out there in a min and do it just sorting out the kids

You need to check to make sure all of your endstops are functioning before clicking the home all button. You do this by holding down the endstop switches and clicking refresh on the "Endstops" window in the machine tab in Mainsail. If the switch is open it will read "open" or "triggered" if the switch is activated (pressed). TAP is just switch like the X & Y switches so, if you push up the printhead to activate the TAP or put something between the bed and nozzle to hold it there while you go to your PC and klick the refresh circle thingy, it should display "triggered". Or you can hold it up by hand and have one of your kids click the refresh icon. You also want to manually move the head X & Y to their respective endstops to confirm that they actually touch and depress the little metal tab on the switch. If those switches don't work... they won't "stop" the toolhead at the "end" of its travel. Thus, the term "endstop". You probably already know that. 🙂

The printer is dumb. It doesn't know where the limit of its travel is until you home. Homing moves the X, Y & Z axis' to one side of it travel limit. Once it knows how far its allowed to move in one direction, the distance in the other direction can be set relative to where the head stopped. This applies to all 3 directions, TAP being the Z direction.

Here is a link to the Octopus Pro Config file download the file then use Mainsail to upload the config file. Octopus Pro Config.

You need to get the serial ID and insert it into the config file, uncomment the lines referring to the 350. Modify the Probe section to whatever probe you are using. Any error will prompt you to what needs to be fixed.

i have started doing the config i am getting

Unable to parse option 'stealthchop_threshold' in section 'tmc2209 extruder'

Once the underlying issue is corrected, use the "RESTART"
command to reload the config and restart the host software.
Printer is halted

i also do not understand what pins to say for canbus

my main board is a octpuss pro using a u2c and a sb2209 rp2040 chaoticlab v2 cnc tap and galileo 2 extruder

i have done the canbus config via the esoterical guide and what @mvdveer has surgested just not sure if i have missed somthing i have linked the file i have done so far below

Just had a Quick Look through your printer.cfg file and there is a lot of missing information. , which is going to give you a lot of errors.  Sections that has not been uncommented such as the position end stops, the heater sensors, the QGL points, etc.   Where did you define the UUID's for the U2C and Canbus board? [mcu SB2209] and [mcu U2C]

Once I get home tonight, I will upload a copy of my Voron 2.4 350mm file as a comparison.

Slowly working through this config big thankyou @mvdveer helping me with a lot of backwards and forward messages and pic thankyou to everyone else for your information still a way to go till i am pushing some plastic out but damm it is a lot closer I have one mod I must do to it once it is going the can cord holder on the back of the galileo2 sticks out to far and I lose a lot of the back of the build plate something like 30mm have not got an exact measurement but a lot more than I want to the support hits the back chain for the ab motors if any one knows a better one please let me know I see one for the sb cw2 that looks good but I don't think it will hit also is there a wider door to go over the sb2209 board cause is tight once the plugs are in but that is not high on the list just a I should do it

Yes it is just need to get the extruder going just plugged it into the z drives and bumped it and it works pins appear to be right on board

Hotend was at 200 deg but no go

Need to have a look see if there is a 5v jumper or something like that for the sb2209 rp2040
