After the last few posts I flipped my flex plate to the smooth side...and am getting repeat 0.001 deviation on the UnTap. Cool, I can dig that. Now that I have the correct resistor I'll fix my harness and try the 24V PCB optical again.

Think I got the printer tuned to a point where I can print with reasonable accuracy and decent prints. Still have to do resonance Tuning. These are the results so far:

Having read of all the shutdowns with resonance tuning and the SB2040 Canbus - that will be the challenge today

Resonance tuning done without any mcu (sb2040) shutdowns.

Think I am ready to do a serial request.

Well done, everything looking really good. Out of interest (since the MCU did not bork with resonance tuning) what "speed" you running the canbus at ?

Set it up as 1000000. Has been working well so far

Sagging of the umbilical cord - this only has 4 wires running in it, not much to keep it from sagging.

Fixed this by installing a piece of Bowden Tube in the umbilical - works like a treat

You sure? all my Formbot kits also had 3mm tape. I have also ordered extra on Amazon since I need them on the front windows also now.

The roll always has been separate, on its own in a bag I think, but of course they can f.. it up.

Currently with them in debate on my PEI sheet thats faulty, latest one is very rough, very thin layer of yellow (instead of amber) color layer... PLA sticks, but ABS and ASA absolutely not, it climbs back on my nozzle like its scared of the PEI sheet

Tripple checked - only had 1mm tape.

When ordering tape, I can really advise this one too, makes sticking the filter on the back a joyful job, and also for the panels, no cutting off from the width needed, buy the 6mm wide.
